o Clients who arrive 5-10 minutes LATE will be charged a $10 late fee. Clients are welcome in the salon up to 10 mins early.

o No call and no shows will be charged 100% of the missed appointment and are required to pay all future appts in full, at the

time of booking. No Exceptions.

o Methods of payment accepted: Cash / e-transfer
*If paying by e-transfer, I require full payment BEFORE starting the service.

o Clients who fail to provide 24hrs notice of cancellation will be charged 50% of their service booked, to be paid before rebooking.

o After nail prep, I ask that you keep their hands on the desk or in the nail light. This is important because gel nails have a tacky layer until they're finished. If dust, fuzz or oils get onto the nail during application it will compromise the quality of the nails.

o I recommend fills every 2 - 4 weeks.
**Your nails are an investment and you need to take care of them. When your nails grow out, so does the reinforcement I build. Your nails are more likely to break if you wait too long.

​

o Fills over 4 weeks are $100

o If you want your nails done in an hour, I’m NOT your girl! I take pride in

producing quality nails and won’t be rushing you out the door.

o Insurance Policy states, no one under the age of 16 in the salon.
